This movie was made with the assistance of SMART Recorder, lots of schools have this software.

Smart Boards come with a SMART Board software SITE licence, for making lessons. very powerful lessons, SMART Notebook a digital board, ie panels like Powerpoint slides, you can save you lesson AND export it as a PDF file, as a web page and as Powerpoint!

After notebook comes SMART Recorder for recording what happens on screen, even movies. I spotted it would be handy to show your Aspex Tabs Tumble views as movies, then two weeks ago we thought we'd try the same with SpexWorlds, by recording the walk through, the rest is history. Digital media is an 'in subject', and there is a lot of mileage in SpexWorlds.

Here is a Tutankhamun Tomb movie made by one of our Year 6 Girls, she wasn't happy at first because she bumped into too many walls, so she re shot it today, I moved it to the Apple iMac, she stuck a sound track on it; with GarageBand in minutes. She's keen to put a voice over on it next, with a better sound track

She took home a full size Quicktime movie, with a broad smile on her face.
